This sweet, colorful card does it all:  gift home-grown plants to friends & neighbors and build community in one cute package.  The back has two QR codes: one for a video about PlantShare, the other leads to  our clubs page where networks of users share home-grown plants!  It’s practical too: waterproof, sun-worthy and erasable, it can be attached to a pot or bag with a hangtag tool (not included).
